The Hemlock Society of Florida and the Hemlock Foundation of Florida work together to empower Floridians regarding end-of-life decisions. Both organizations are non-profit; however, the Society is a 501(c)(4) organization and the Foundation is a 501(c)(3). Membership is through the Society and dues are not tax-deductible. Donations to the Foundation are tax-deductible.
